At Kodeslogic Web Solutions, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, if you wish to cancel a service or request a refund, please review our policy below:
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a cancellation request through their client portal or by contacting our support team.
Services that are billed on a recurring basis must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Once a service is canceled, access to the service will be terminated immediately unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for first-time purchases of technical support and related services if requested within 7 days of activation.
No refunds will be issued for software licenses, or any third-party services.
Refunds will not be provided for services that have been used, misused, or violated our Terms of Service.
Any setup fees, administrative charges, or one-time payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
If a service is canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
Custom development and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In cases of downtime or technical issues, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
